Terms of Service

1Overview & acceptance

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you (the customer, user or reseller) and NXR Boosts ("we", "us"). They govern your use of this website, our automated Discord server boost delivery, SellAuth integration endpoints and related APIs.

By visiting, ordering, depositing balance or using our API, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age to use Discord where you live) and that you accept these terms.

2No refunds, replacement only

Replacement guarantee. If a boost order fails to deliver because of a technical error on our side, we provide a free replacement of the affected boosts.

• No cash refunds. Payments are non-refundable once sent to our blockchain deposit address.
• Replacements only. Any verified delivery defect on our side is resolved by replacement.
• Chargebacks and fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment clawbacks or abusive claims lead to a permanent ban and cancellation of reseller API keys.

3Discord removals & third-party actions

Boosts are delivered through services that are outside Discord's control. Discord operates independently and may remove, change or restrict boosts at any time.

NXR Boosts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Discord Inc. You use third-party Discord boosting services at your own discretion.

4Stock & queue policy

If demand briefly exceeds the stock available, your paid order is not lost:

• Priority queue. Your paid order is placed in the fulfillment queue automatically.
• Automatic delivery on restock. When stock is added, delivery continues without any action from you.
• Coverage. If a delay is caused by our own stock system, we complete the order or provide a replacement.

5Anti-raid bots & invite links

We are not responsible for lost boosts if accounts are kicked, banned or blocked from joining by security bots or Discord's onboarding and verification gates.

• Temporarily disable anti-raid bots or allow incoming accounts until all boosts are confirmed.
• No replacement or refund is given if accounts are removed by your bots.
• No compensation is given for an invalid, expired or non-working invite link.
• Always provide a permanent invite link (for example https://discord.gg/yourinvite) with unlimited uses and no expiry.

6Reselling & white-label

We provide boosts in a wholesale- and reseller-friendly way.

You may resell our boosts under your own shop name, bot or brand. No attribution to us is required.

7Reseller API & SellAuth

Our SellAuth dynamic endpoint (/api/reseller/sellauth) and REST API v1 (/api/v1/orders) are provided for automated fulfillment.

• Minimum deposit. The minimum wallet top-up is $0.50 USD. Smaller amounts are rejected.
• Instant deduction. Reseller orders deduct from your available balance in real time at wholesale rates.
• API key security. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. Keys are hashed with SHA-256 and shown only once upon generation. If exposed, rotate it immediately in your account.
• Fair use. Spamming order endpoints or automated scanning leads to immediate API revocation.

8Crypto payments & wallet deposits

We accept direct cryptocurrency payments (primarily Litecoin / LTC) for store orders and member portal wallet balance top-ups.

• Minimum deposit. Any deposit below $0.50 USD is non-refundable and will not be credited to your account balance.
• 60-minute price lock. When a store order invoice is created, the crypto amount is locked for 60 minutes at the live exchange rate.
• Underpayments & tips. Underpaid orders must be topped up before delivery begins. Overpayments are accepted as tips.
• Permanent deposit address. Member portal wallet deposits are converted at live market exchange rates upon network confirmation.
• Network confirmations. Delivery or balance crediting starts automatically after 1 blockchain confirmation.

9Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on this page.

Continuing to use our website, member portal or API after a change means you accept the updated terms. Please review this page from time to time.
